Twilight Developments is a licensed real estate firm serving Western North Carolina. A member of the Henderson Board of Realtors, the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, the National Association of Realtors, and the Carolinas Real Estate Investors Association. We are a family real estate business. We delight in helping clients find their new mountain home, business location, or investment properties.

 

In 2017, Jorge and Dana agreed it was time to make their professional relationship official and formed Twilight Developments. The name came about as a result of our meeting at Lake Chatuge during a sunset swim, and was the beginning of our travels with many sunsets. The company was simply a vehicle for our personal real estate investments.

 

We have our hands in several investment endeavors from rehab to new construction. Along the way, we’ve helped launch a number of careers and businesses from licensed real estate professionals, to LLCs throughout Western North Carolina. While our work helps others achieve their dreams of home ownership, financial growth or personal freedom, our dream is simply to chase sunsets.

 

After a series of unanticipated events in 2019, the decision was made to make Twilight Developments a licensed brokerage.  It was an easy decision which evolved into a small, boutique, ‘mom and pop’, simple, genuine and authentic practice.  

 

There are no bells and whistles here. We don’t spend our time on social media to grow our ‘likes’ or ‘hits’. We spend our time being efficient and getting the job done. We’re here for you.
